About the event
Kristofer is the head of the medical negligence team at Irwin Mitchell, covering Manchester and Liverpool. He leads a successful team of over 25 fee earners that is ranked as one of the top medical negligence teams in the region in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
Kristofer has significant expertise handling complex medical litigation claims and specialises in complex, high value cases. He deals with all types of claims involving life-changing injuries for both adults and children including; brain injuries, cerebral palsy, amputations, spinal injuries and fatal cases. He is ideally placed to provide an update on secondary victim claims, particularly in a clinical context following the recent Supreme Court decision.
This talk is essential for any personal injury practitioners, or medical professionals interested in how to mitigate harm in a clinical setting. We look forward to seeing you there.
